We require additional insurance per delivery
We agree to pay Barefoot Mailmoms, Inc. upon receipt of invoice. If payment is not received within 30 days, Barefoot Mailmoms, Inc. will charge credit card on file. We acknowledge that by ordering or accepting service either personally or by an agent to pay all delivery costs that may incur in either returning our package or its pending disposition. We further agree to pay all collection, attorney fees, court costs, plus the rate of 1.5% interest per month on any unpaid balance.
TERMS: In consideration of the rates charged, it is agreed that the value of any shipment, whether consisting of one or more packages, is not more than $100.00, and liability of Barefoot Mailmoms for loss or damage irrespective of the case of such loss or damage, including negligence, is limited to $100.00. Additional insurance is available at the rate of $1.00 per $100.00 up to a maximum of $2,000.00. Our liability for delays shall be limited to a refund of your delivery charges.
